XPN Free At Noon Featuring One eskimO
Made Possible by Comcast and XPN Members
The brainchild of singer-songwriter Kristan Leontiou, One eskimO teamed up with Gravy Media and produced two short films to accompany several of their music tracks. The videos were an instant hit and have received honors at film festivals and other awards, including the hugely-coveted Public Choice Best Music Video at the British Animation Awards for the song "Hometime" in 2008.
One eskimO's music is inventive and colorfully emotional, touching upon relatable themes of love, success and failure. Their debut album One eskimO, which also comes with a full-length animation, is a testament of their musical and artistic vision. The band is on tour promoting its release, including a full show at World Cafe Live, on Thursday night November 19.
